Studio I: consists of a large studio unit (a living room with sleeping arrangements included in it) with a King size bed*. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a large closet with plenty of hanging space. There is a private terrace outside the apartment for eating, reading and relaxing. It is sheltered from onshore breezes and has glimpses of Watford Bridge Ferry Dock and onto the Great Sound. Studio I is located on the upper level away from the living area of the main house and has it's own separate entrance. The kitchenette has an under counter refrigerator (with small freezer for ice trays), stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker.

Studio II: has two bedrooms (both with King size beds*), cedar paneled closet, full bathroom and kitchen with living area. The kitchen has a full stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. It has a covered balcony that looks straight out over the Great Sound. This unit is completely independent of the main house.

Both units have combined washer/dryers, colour TV's with cable, Internet access, DVD, CD alarm clock, air-conditioning and a ceiling fans.

*King beds can be split into two single beds on request. An extra inflatable bed is available for a child to sleep on.

The apartments are self-catering. Fresh linens are provided on a weekly basis
