Watford Studios

Watford Studios are located at the scenic west end of Bermuda, very close to the historic Royal Naval Dockyard. Quaint Somerset Village with its bars, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, as are the calmer beaches of Mangrove Bay and Somerset Long Bay. The stunning South Shore Beaches are a short drive. The property is situated on the waters of the Great Sound and there is dock complete with chaise lounges, tables and chairs for guest use. The location is very convenient for transport as the bus and ferry stops are just steps away. The property has access to a private beach a short walk away from the property.

Studio I: The apartment is a large studio unit (a living room with sleeping arrangements included in it) with a queen size bed. There is a small armchair and pull-out sofa bed, a small coffee table and a flat screen TV (with cable & DVD player). It has both air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The kitchenette has a full stove, under-counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom has shower stall only. It has a balcony that has a pergola for added privacy and has glimpses of the Great Sound. a queen bed.

Studio II: Has two bedrooms (king size beds*), cedar paneled closet, full bathroom and kitchen with living area. The kitchen has a full stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. It has a covered balcony that looks straight out over the Great Sound. This unit is completely independent of the main house.

Both units have combined washer/dryers, colour TV's with cable, Internet access, DVD, CD alarm clock, air-conditioning and a ceiling fans.

*King beds can be split into two single beds on request. An extra inflatable bed is available for a child to sleep on.

The apartments are self-catering. Fresh linens are provided on a weekly basis

     Policies:

  • Minimum booking of 4 nights

  • 40% deposit within seven days of making the reservation

  • Full prepayment (non-refundable) is required 30 days prior to arrival

  • If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival your deposit is returned less a $100 handling fee to cover administration and banking fees.

  • If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the prepayment is forfeit. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance if there is ANY possibility you may have to cancel the reservation.

  • We accept VISA, Mastercard, US$ cheque, traveller's cheques, money order or banker's draft (made payable to Watford Services Limited ).

  • NO SMOKING inside the apartments.
