About Harbourview East

Harbourview East is a lavishly furnished, fully equipped l400 square foot, 2 bedroom apartment. The property is centrally located on the waterfront in St George's Town, but offers total privacy. There are views 320 degrees, including the Harbour, King's Square, cruiseship docking, Ordnance Island park, waterfront pubs and restaurants.

The accommodation comprises a large open, bright sitting room with dining area and a kitchen, which is generously equipped with full size, modern appliances.There is a half bathroom off the living room area. The master bedroom features a king size, four poster hard wood bed and an ensuite luxury bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi, an 8 jet body spa/shower and bidet. The second bedroom includes a day bed, which opens into a king size bed and a love seat which converts to a single bed. This room can also be used as a study and is equipped with a desktop Compaq computer with Internet access.

The many amenities of this property include central A/C (heating and cooling) in all rooms, a 50" TV, DVD, CD and VHS players and a surround sound system. Wireless Linksys, DSL Internet connection and a fax, printer, scanner. There is a bumper pool table in the airconditioned lower foyer. Outside there is access to a common area yard for sitting, playing (kite flying! kites & string inside foyer cabinet), sunbathing, or just enjoying the views.
