Romantic, private getaway
Ocean Sound offers two modern, beautifully furnished, apartments. Each comprises one bedroom with a queen or king bed and sitting area, a separate bathroom and a small kitchen. The house is located on a hillside in an exclusive neighbourhood with stunning views over land and ocean. Large picture windows look directly onto a magnificent swimming pool with slide and diving board which is literally a few steps from your doorway.

Central location
The location is 15 minutes from Hamilton and 20 minutes, in the other direction, from the historic town of St George's. There is the lovely John's Smith Beach within walking distance. The highly recommended Aquarium, Museum and Zoo at picturesque Flatt's village is only 5 minutes away. You are also on a major bus route should you choose not to rent mopeds or travel by taxi. A grocery store is 2 minutes away. 20% discount on moped hire.

Self contained
In each apartment there is a kitchen with coffee-maker, microwave, toaster & large refrigerator: Apt. 1 has a 4-burner stove with oven: Apt. 2 has 2 burners with a small convection oven.. The bathroom in unit #1 has a full tub and shower while unit #2 has a shower only. Each unit has a large closet, a telephone, TV, DVD player, iron/board and central airconditioning. Free access to a washing machine and dryer are included. While outside, there is a lovely secluded garden area with tables and chairs. BBQ available upon request. |

Two Apartments
Bookings can be made for each apartment individually or both together. "Ocean Sound 1" has a queen bed in a carpeted bedroom/sitting room and a generous full bathroom with tub and shower. "Ocean Sound 2" has a king bed in a bright and spacious tiled bedroom/sitting room. The bathroom has a shower. [Exterior and interior of "Ocean Sound 2" (king bed) shown below].

Both apartments 1 & 2 are available for executive rentals for business men/women from mid-Nov '08 to end March/April '09 at reduced monthly rates.

- A 2 night deposit for each completed week of occupany (or part thereof) is required to confirm a reservation.
- 3 night minimum stay is required.
- Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made within 30 days of the beginning of the reserved period. $50 will be deducted from refunded deposits to cover credit card and administrative expenses. Travel insurance should be taken out to cover unforeseen circumstances.
- Deposits can be paid by providing a credit card number (MasterCard or Visa) and expiry date. For secure payment, the owners can be reached at the telephone and fax numbers given below.
- In the event of early departure 100% of the daily rate is payable for each day booked. Only if we re-let the accommodation, will any charges be refunded.
- NO SMOKING please inside the apartments.
- Cleaning is provided once per week and at guest change-overs.
- Each unit will comfortably accommodate 2 persons.
- Additional person/child on folding bed $40 per night: infant (under 12 months of age) - $20 a night - plus cot and high chair rental charge (if required).
