A lovely setting in large gardens.
Outback is a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 full bathroom surrounded by extensive lawns and high hedges. There is a queen sized bed in the larger bedroom and 2 twin beds in the smaller one. The living/dining area and kitchen are very spacious, airy and bright. The well furnished rooms are cooled by a modern central air-conditioning system. They all have ceiling fans and tiled floors.



Entrance

Super location.
Located only a short 2 minute walk from Bermuda's best snorkeling beach, Church Bay, there are also great restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 golf courses, the Lighthouse and mini-golf located only 10 minutes away. The bus stop, which is within a few minutes walk, provides easy access to Bermuda's very reliable public transportation system.



Garden

Totally equipped.
Outback has a large, modern kitchen with full sized fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker. Cable T.V and wireless Internet access are included. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor table with chairs for your use. Laundry facilities, beach chairs and coolers are all provided. There are two futons in the living room for up to 2 more occupants. There are even 2 dogs on this property !!




NOTE: Pre-arranged taxi service is available for a stress-free arrival at the airport. Grocery delivery can be arranged for your day of arrival . Also moped rental and bus passes can be ordered and delivered in advance. Just email us for any of these services.

Nightly rate ($US) for up to 4 persons, including taxes:

November through March $ 130
April through October $ 280

  • This unit is totally non-smoking.

  • A 2 night deposit is required, which is fully refundable outside of 30 days of arrival. No refunds if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

  • $100.00 refundable cleaning fee is due upon check-in.This will be refunded if no additional heavy cleaning is required at check-out

  • Nighlty rate is for 4 persons. For 5th and 6th persons please enquire.
