Charming and delightful 1- 2 bedroom, – one bathroom accommodation in a quiet garden setting with private swimming pool and ocean views on the North Shore in Devonshire close to Ocean View Golf Course and within 2 miles of the City of Hamilton. Just steps from 2 bus routes. The Railway Trail and a convenience store are but a short walk.

Amenities

Complimentary WiFi and fully Air Conditioned. Fully appointed and equipped stainless steel/granite galley kitchen. Living Room has a dining nook and log burning fireplace and flat screen TV with cable.

Other amenities include washer and dryer – hair dryer – iron and ironing board.

Outdoor amenities

The pool-side covered dining area with Barbecue allows for relaxing outdoors and provides a shaded area from the sun when required and in the event of inclement weather.

Other services

Arrangements can be made for a Taxi collection at the airport and also for the apartment to be stocked with your grocery selections for arrival on receipt of your list.

Maid service once a week for longer stays.

POLICIES:
  • A 2 night advance deposit is required.
  • Deposit may be made by bank draft or wire transfer. Details will be given on request
  • Full payment on day of arrival as above or by cash/travellers cheques.
  • Deposit is refundable only with 30 days advance notice of cancellation.
  • Travel insurance should be taken out to cover loss of deposit in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Quoted rates are for 2 persons. There will be a charge of $50 per night for extra persons (max of 4)
  • 3 night minimum stay is required.
  • Last minute reservations will be considered, if space is available, at the published nightly rates less 10%.
  • NO SMOKING please inside the apartments.
  • Cleaning is provided once per week and at guest change-overs.
