Brae Apartment is situated on a hill with a beautiful ocean view. Ships can be seen passing by, as it is the main channel for shipping to Hamilton Harbour and Dockyard. The apartment is in a quiet area, with gardens, lawn and trees. It has a porch with table and chairs. You can sit and eat outside in a pleasant and serene atmosphere.
The beaches, golf, town centre, grocery store, restaurants and public transportation are all within walking distance of five to seven minutes

The studio apartment, which offers comfortable accommodation, consists of a double bed as well as a sofa bed which converts in to a double bed with a posturepedic mattress. This accommodation is suitable for single guests or couples, or a couple with a child. The bathroom has a tub with shower. There is also a well equipped kitchenette which includes microwave, toaster, fridge under the counter, stove and washer/drier, cookware utensils cutlery and dishes.

The apartment is equipped with sheets, towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and telephone. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan for your comfort. Should you want to relax there is Cable TV, DVD player and radio in the apartment. Wireless Internet access is also included.
For your interest, in December, 2000, the Historic Town of St. George and Related Fortifications were designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in recognition of their outstanding universal value.

Policies:
- No smoking in the apartment.
- Five nights minimum stay.However, exceptions may be made.
- Two nights deposit will be required for reservations.
- Deposit non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.
- $20 per night will be charged for an additional person
